To try and resolve the "Unable to communicate with CAMI Programs on the server" error, you will have to Start/Restart CAMI_RPC Service in services.

You can restart the CAMI_RPC Service by following the steps below:
  1. Go to Server
  2. Open Task Manager
  3. Go to the Services tab
  4. Choose CAMI_RPC service
  5. Right Click Select Restart/Run CAMI RPC Service
